Connection is what yoga is all about. Through proper alignment of the body, focused breathing and pranayama, we draw the mind into the moving meditation path is our yoga practice - the connection of mind, body and breath.

Weekly Reboot
The perfect class to help you destress and set yourself for the week ahead. A gentle yoga practice followed by guided meditation. Perfect for anyone with just an hour to spare.
Tuesday, 9:30am
Release, Restore and Realign
Low back issues? Tight hamstrings? Neck/shoulder discomfort? - This morning class is for you!! A rotating 6 session Positional Therapy class which combines physical therapy techniques (SCS/MET - slacking muscles and facilitated stretches) with yoga and other modalities to help the body shed habits and return to its optimal alignment. Classes can be taken individually or as part of the whole series. Beneficial to all fitness levels.

Hatha with Amy
A class for any student who wants to explore yoga, connect and have some fun! Emphasizing alignment and breath work we work to increase strength and focus while encouraging better balance.
